Thank you for visiting our new web page! We are so excited to be opening our doors in March. We are located in the city of Tumwater/ Olympia. Our teachers are really excited to be watching your kids while you are away at work. Their experience ranges from 5-13 years working at and running daycares. All of our teachers' hearts are to care for and love your children. The atmosphere at Bright Horizons Childcare Center will be a caring environment to encourage independence, constructive problem solving, teamwork, compassion, and positive self- esteem. Bright Horizons Childcare Center operates under a philosophy that children need to be treated with warmth and respect. Personal attention to each child is important to providing quality experiences for all children while in our care.
We have great hours of operation that makes your life so much easier to manage. Do you work really early or have to stay at work late? Not a problem. Our hours of operation are from 6am til 8pm! Your child(ren) can stay with us for ten hours. Please speak with our director or owner for special cases.
Our rates are some of the lowest in town! Please call us or email us for details. We care for children ages 9 mo. to 10 years old. We offer full time and part time care depending on what you need. Full time is anything over 20 hours of attendance.
We honor DSHS subsidized care for full and part time children. We also offer a 10% military discount for those parents who serve our country and protect our children and families.
We have a great, healthy menu for your child. We make sure that they have a healthy diet while they are in our care. We make sure that they have a great variety that's well balanced for every meal. We make sure to have very little sugar when they are with us and choose from a USDA menu.
We do have a curriculum laid out for all of the children in our facility. It includes teaching them all of the basics that they need to know to get them ready for kindergarten. They get to participate in group development lessons as well as individual projects. We always make sure to spend time with any child that needs a little extra attention to make sure they are prepared for school.
